Site Supervisor (Finland)

What will you do?

Plan, allocate, and supervise work activities on project sites.
Organize, coordinate, and oversee the performance of team members.
Ensure the quality of work performed and carry out quality control activities.
Monitor project schedules and ensure work is completed on time.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Lead daily ASAICHI meetings.
Report to the Site Manager and act as a deputy when required.

What do we expect from you?

At least 3 years of experience in the insulation and sheet metal cladding industry.
Excellent Finnish and English language skills.
Previous experience leading teams and ensuring smooth team operations.
Results-oriented mindset, initiative, and creativity in problem-solving.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and make independent decisions.
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Insulators (for European projects)

We are looking for experienced insulators to work on sites across Europe, installing insulation wool on pipelines, facilities, and boilers, completing insulation and cladding tasks according to technical drawings, fixing defects, and ensuring high-quality work with the team.

What will you be responsible for in this role?

You will install insulation wool on pipelines, facilities, and boilers.
You will complete insulation and cladding tasks according to technical drawings and specifications.
You will maintain the quality of work and fix any defects.

What will we expect from you?

VCA certification (a strong advantage).
Experience working in insulation or cladding.
Technical thinking and the ability to work in a team.
Diligence, responsibility, and independence.
Readiness to work under a posting arrangement.
