On October 3, Mažeikiai hosted the final round of this year’s Lithuanian Rally Championship, the “ORLEN Lietuva Rally 2026,” which brought together motorsports enthusiasts, racers, and their support teams. This year’s event also featured several Hotrema highlights—parking lot manager Rokas Varkalis participated in the competition, and one of the special stages was named after Hotrema.
On the day of the rally, Hotrema colleagues from Vilnius, Klaipėda, and Mažeikiai arrived in Mažeikiai. Those in attendance had the opportunity to watch the racers up close, experience the atmosphere of the rally, and, of course, cheer on their colleague competing on the track.
The rally also provided a great opportunity for colleagues from different cities to meet outside of work, chat, and spend time together. Such gatherings allow us to get to know each other better and strengthen team bonds, which are important in our day-to-day work as well.
The special stage named after Hotrema became yet another highlight of the company’s participation in the rally. It was an opportunity to contribute to the motorsports event and, at the same time, support our colleague Rokas Varkalis, for whom motorsports are an important part of life.
We are happy to support our colleagues’ initiatives and hobbies outside of work. Events like these give us the opportunity not only to learn more about our colleagues’ interests, but also to get together, socialize, and experience something new together.
