“Hotrema” Digitizes Project Management: New SPS 4.0 System Unveiled

“Hotrema” is taking another step toward process digitization—the company has launched SPS 4.0, a new internal system for collecting and visualizing project status data. It was developed to more effectively manage the growing volume of project information, reduce manual work, and enable teams to view up-to-date data in one place.

More Effective Project Data Management

As the number of projects and the volume of data have grown, there has been a need for a more convenient, faster, and more automated solution.

SPS 4.0 allows you to consolidate and manage key project information in one place: project scope, procurement volumes, work statuses, and other relevant data. The information is immediately displayed in Power BI reports, enabling you to monitor project progress more efficiently and make data-driven decisions.

The system also ensures secure login via a Microsoft account, allows multiple users to work simultaneously, and automatically saves changes and their history.

The solution was developed in-house

One of the most important aspects of the SPS 4.0 project is that the system was developed in-house at Hotrema using state-of-the-art artificial intelligence tools.

The system’s functionality and operating principles were defined by the product owner, and the programming work was carried out using AI. This working model made it possible to move from the initial idea to a digital solution actually in use within the organization within a few months.

When developing the system, considerable attention was paid not only to its functionality but also to its ease of use. SPS 4.0 features a wizard-based data entry structure, and users see information relevant to them based on their roles.

A Foundation for Further Automation

SPS 4.0 is not the final stage of the project. The system is being developed in such a way that its functionality can be expanded in the future, more and more repetitive processes can be automated, and the project data accumulated by the company can be utilized even more effectively.

The new system is part of Hotremos’ broader effort to digitize internal processes and seek technological solutions that would help teams spend less time on administrative tasks and more time on project management and results.
