Site Manager (for projects in Europe)

We are looking for a proactive, experienced Site Manager for projects in Europe to oversee project execution and ensure proper and safe working conditions on site.

What will you be responsible for in this role?

  • You will work with project managers at the sites to ensure a safe and seamless work process.
  • You will coordinate and oversee every stage of the project.
  • You will handle negotiations with the project client if needed.
  • You will lead daily ASAICHI meetings for site teams.
  • You will ensure that all occupational safety requirements are adhered to at the sites.
  • You will work with a project manager, submitting reports on project progress, and will step in for them if needed.

What will we expect from you?

  1. A university degree in engineering or construction.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in the successful management of high-value projects as a site manager.
  3. Solid team leadership skills.
  4. The ability to be result-oriented as well as plan and oversee tasks efficiently.
  5. The ability to work both in a dynamic team environment and to make decisions independently.
  6. Exceptional English skills. Russian would be a plus.

We are looking for experienced insulators to work on sites across Europe, installing insulation wool on pipelines, facilities, and boilers, completing insulation and cladding tasks according to technical drawings, fixing defects, and ensuring high-quality work with the team.

We are looking for scaffolders with experience in industrial scaffolding installation and removal, who will be responsible for carrying out work on sites across Europe, working in a team, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

Junior Project Manager

We are looking for a proactive Junior Project Manager to help handle international projects — from planning and resource management to overseeing the budget, assessing risks, and ensuring efficient communication with clients and the team.

What will you be responsible for in this role?

  • You will represent the company on one or more international projects, either remotely or during short business trips if needed.
  • You will initiate, organize, and oversee project implementation from start to finish.
  • You will be in constant communication with clients regarding the agreed commitments, work quality, and other relevant matters.
  • You will analyze the project and cost estimation documents, determine the work scopes, and collaborate with the sales team.
  • You will plan and manage human, financial, and material resources to ensure they are used efficiently.
  • You will oversee the budget.
  • You will assess project risks to ensure the work is completed even under the most challenging circumstances.

What will we expect from you?

  1. A university degree in construction or engineering.
  2. At least 2 years of experience leading construction projects (worth at least EUR 200,000).
  3. Excellent English skills.
  4. Practical skills working with MS Project.
  5. Client negotiation experience and skills in efficient communication.
  6. The ability to plan tasks and time.
  7. The ability to go on short business trips.
  8. Responsibility, organizational skills, and proactivity.

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor who will plan and oversee insulation, cladding, or scaffolding installation tasks in European projects, coordinate the team, ensure adherence to work schedules, quality, and safety, lead daily meetings, and submit reports to the Site Manager.
