Grow together with Hotrema
This is an internal training program that helps leaders grow professionally and adapt to a constantly changing environment. During live sessions, practical exercises, home assignments, and group activities, external partners help the participants enhance their negotiation, communication, public speaking, emotional intelligence, and both personal and professional growth skills. The Leadership Academy nurtures courage, confidence, and long-term partnerships.
This is a community of motivated employees, uniting teams from different cities. The ambassadors help organize events, initiate change, and serve as examples to colleagues on how to apply Hotrema values every day. We offer ambassadors training in communication, brand development, event organization, and leadership. Ambassadors are also given exclusive opportunities to help create Hotrema’s visual identity, meet guests, represent the company at events, and attend important decision-making sessions. The Ambassador Club offers the chance to put leadership, organizational, and team-inspiring talents to work.
