What will you be responsible for in this role?

In this position, you will be responsible for building Hotrema’s presence in the Middle East from the ground up;

Defining and executing the market entry strategy for the Middle East;

Conducting market and opportunity analysis to identify projects and growth potential;

Coordinating market expansion activities with internal teams (legal, finance, operations, sales);

Establishing and developing strategic partnerships with key regional stakeholders;

Providing senior management with clear insights, recommendations, and progress updates to support decision-making.

What will we expect from you?

  1. Proven experience in business development and international market entry;
  2. Ability to operate independently in complex and uncertain environments;
  3. Strong coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;
  4. Fluent English, used as a primary working language.

We are looking for a responsible and diligent Quantity Surveyor for projects in Klaipėda who will ensure the accuracy of quantities needed for various projects.

  • Using technical drawings and project documentation, you will calculate quantities required for technical insulation, cladding, and other projects
  • You will work with specialized software such as Bluebeam, Navisworks, MS Excel, and similar tools.
  • You will be responsible for analyzing 2D and 3D drawings and specifications, and for ensuring the quantity accuracy in bills of quantities.
  • You will ensure all discrepancies are efficiently identified, submit the appropriate notes, and notify the relevant project parties.
  • In collaboration with project managers and cost estimators, you will improve the company processes.
  • You will ensure accurate, data-driven quantity calculations.
  • You will be in contact with the clients throughout the project.

What will we expect from you?

  1. A university degree in engineering (construction or energy engineering would be an advantage).
  2. Relevant experience in quantity or cost estimation (experience in the insulation or cladding field would be an advantage).
  3. Solid skills in working with technical drawings and MS Excel, Bluebeam, Navisworks, or similar software.
  4. Responsibility, diligence, and attention to detail.
  5. The ability to solve the challenges efficiently.
  6. Proactiveness and the desire for improvement.
  7. Good English skills, both written and spoken.

What will you be responsible for in this role?

  • You will be responsible for preparing, checking, and coordinating technical drawings, schemes, and specifications.
  • You will analyze and interpret technical data.
  • You will work efficiently with engineers, contractors, as well as project and site managers.
  • You will determine the quantities of required materials, tools, and equipment and advise on their procurement or selection.
  • You will work with suppliers, sending inquiries and negotiating technical conditions.
  • You will be responsible for sourcing the missing primary project information.
  • You will handle and archive technical documentation, drawings, and reports.
  • You will monitor project progress, handle assigned tasks as needed, and resolve technical issues to ensure efficient solutions to on-site challenges.

What will we expect from you?

  1. A university degree in technical or engineering fields (final-year students may also apply).
  2. Excellent drawing skills and experience in working with AutoCAD (and other CAD) software.
  3. Solid skills in reading and comprehending technical drawings and documentation.
  4. The ability to work with MS Office software.
  5. Good English skills.

What will we expect from you?

  1. At least 2 years of experience in successful business development or sales working with international clients (B2B). Experience in technical product sales with a longer sales cycle would be a strong advantage.
  2. A university degree in management or a similar field.
  3. Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
  4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and time management skills.
  5. The ability to make decisions independently and achieve the set goals.
