Site Manager (for projects in Europe)

We are looking for a proactive, experienced Site Manager for projects in Europe to oversee project execution and ensure proper and safe working conditions on site.

We offer a competitive salary starting from EUR 5,000 after taxes and bonuses for project implementation results, which will reflect your experience and competencies.

What will you be responsible for in this role?

  • You will work with project managers at the sites to ensure a safe and seamless work process.
  • You will coordinate and oversee every stage of the project.
  • You will handle negotiations with the project client if needed.
  • You will lead daily ASAICHI meetings for site teams.
  • You will ensure that all occupational safety requirements are adhered to at the sites.
  • You will work with a project manager, submitting reports on project progress, and will step in for them if needed.

What will we expect from you?

  1. A university degree in engineering or construction.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in the successful management of high-value projects as a site manager.
  3. Solid team leadership skills.
  4. The ability to be result-oriented as well as plan and oversee tasks efficiently.
  5. The ability to work both in a dynamic team environment and to make decisions independently.
  6. Exceptional English skills. Russian would be a plus.
