Sales Manager (in any Lithuanian city)

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Manager who will handle sales of the company’s services in Lithuania and abroad, identify new market opportunities, strengthen client relationships, participate in negotiations, and contribute to the successful implementation of projects.

We offer a competitive salary starting from EUR 1800 to 2500 net, which will reflect your experience and competencies.

What will we expect from you?

  • You will handle the sales of the company’s services to Lithuanian and foreign clients.
  • You will analyze the market, seek new target clients (especially in foreign markets), and improve relationships with current partners.
  • You will monitor the competitive environment and provide insights into market opportunities.
  • You will contribute to the management of the product portfolio and pricing.
  • You will lead negotiations with clients, align contractual terms, and ensure their compliance.
  • You will collaborate with the cost estimation team when preparing client proposals.
  • You will submit proposals for sales development strategies for the scaffolding market and support their implementation.
  • You will prepare sales reports and share insights with the team.

What will we expect from you?

  1. At least 2 years of experience in successful business development or sales working with international clients (B2B). Experience in technical product sales with a longer sales cycle would be a strong advantage.
  2. A university degree in management or a similar field.
  3. Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
  4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and time management skills.
  5. The ability to make decisions independently and achieve the set goals.
