What will we expect from you?
- You will handle the sales of the company’s services to Lithuanian and foreign clients.
- You will analyze the market, seek new target clients (especially in foreign markets), and improve relationships with current partners.
- You will monitor the competitive environment and provide insights into market opportunities.
- You will contribute to the management of the product portfolio and pricing.
- You will lead negotiations with clients, align contractual terms, and ensure their compliance.
- You will collaborate with the cost estimation team when preparing client proposals.
- You will submit proposals for sales development strategies for the scaffolding market and support their implementation.
- You will prepare sales reports and share insights with the team.
What will we expect from you?
- At least 2 years of experience in successful business development or sales working with international clients (B2B). Experience in technical product sales with a longer sales cycle would be a strong advantage.
- A university degree in management or a similar field.
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and time management skills.
- The ability to make decisions independently and achieve the set goals.
