We are looking for a responsible and diligent Quantity Surveyor for projects in Klaipėda who will ensure the accuracy of quantities needed for various projects.

What will you be responsible for in this role?

  • Using technical drawings and project documentation, you will calculate quantities required for technical insulation, cladding, and other projects
  • You will work with specialized software such as Bluebeam, Navisworks, MS Excel, and similar tools.
  • You will be responsible for analyzing 2D and 3D drawings and specifications, and for ensuring the quantity accuracy in bills of quantities.
  • You will ensure all discrepancies are efficiently identified, submit the appropriate notes, and notify the relevant project parties.
  • In collaboration with project managers and cost estimators, you will improve the company processes.
  • You will ensure accurate, data-driven quantity calculations.
  • You will be in contact with the clients throughout the project.

What will we expect from you?

  1. A university degree in engineering (construction or energy engineering would be an advantage).
  2. Relevant experience in quantity or cost estimation (experience in the insulation or cladding field would be an advantage).
  3. Solid skills in working with technical drawings and MS Excel, Bluebeam, Navisworks, or similar software.
  4. Responsibility, diligence, and attention to detail.
  5. The ability to solve the challenges efficiently.
  6. Proactiveness and the desire for improvement.
  7. Good English skills, both written and spoken.
