We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will handle international projects remotely, plan and manage their progress, communicate with clients, oversee the budget, and ensure the efficiency of resource use and team activities.

What will you be responsible for in this role?

  • You will represent the company on one or more international projects, either remotely or during short business trips if needed.
  • You will initiate, organize, and oversee project implementation from start to finish.
  • You will be in constant communication with clients regarding the agreed commitments, work quality, and other relevant matters.
  • You will analyze the project cost estimation documents before work begins and determine the scope together with the team.
  • You will plan and manage resources — people, finances, and materials — so they are used efficiently.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing the budget.
  • You will assess project risks, manage them, and ensure that the goals are met even under the most challenging circumstances.
  • You will develop team competencies by observing their talents and encouraging them to grow.

What will we expect from you?

  1. A university degree in construction or engineering.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in leading construction projects.
  3. Knowledge about insulation, cladding, or scaffolding installation (this would be a solid advantage).
  4. Good English skills that will facilitate effective communication with partners.
  5. MS Project competencies.
  6. Solid negotiation, communication, and time management skills.
  7. Readiness to go on short business trips.
  8. Responsibility, organizational skills, foresight, and proactivity during daily activities.
