What will you do?

  • Represent the company in relationships with clients, partners, and subcontractors across international projects.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of projects from the preparation phase through to completion.
  • Manage large-scale projects and, when needed, mentor junior Project Managers, supporting their professional growth and strengthening project management capabilities.
  • Review project and cost estimation documentation, assess project scope, resource requirements, and potential risks.
  • Plan and manage human, financial, and material resources, ensuring their efficient utilization.
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and performance indicators, initiating corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure the quality of project execution and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Oversee the implementation of agreements with clients, partners, and engineering or project organizations.
  • Identify and manage project risks, make decisions in complex situations, and ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Build and lead strong project teams, develop Site Managers, and contribute to the professional growth of team members.

What are we looking for?

  • Higher education degree (Construction, Engineering, or a related field would be considered an advantage).
  • At least 5 years of experience managing large-scale projects (experience within the construction industry is a strong advantage).
  • Proven experience working with international projects and multicultural teams.
  • Knowledge of industrial insulation, cladding, and scaffolding installation processes would be a strong advantage.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Strong negotiation, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Availability to travel internationally for business trips (duration negotiable).
  • Strong analytical thinking, accountability, organizational skills, and initiative.
