What will you do?

  • Plan, allocate, and supervise work activities on project sites.
  • Organize, coordinate, and oversee the performance of team members.
  • Ensure the quality of work performed and carry out quality control activities.
  • Monitor project schedules and ensure work is completed on time.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Lead daily ASAICHI meetings.
  • Report to the Site Manager and act as a deputy when required.

What do we expect from you?

  • At least 3 years of experience in the insulation and sheet metal cladding industry.
  • Excellent Finnish and English language skills.
  • Previous experience leading teams and ensuring smooth team operations.
  • Results-oriented mindset, initiative, and creativity in problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and make independent decisions.
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
