What will you be responsible for in this role?
In this position, you will be responsible for building Hotrema’s presence in the Middle East from the ground up;
Defining and executing the market entry strategy for the Middle East;
Conducting market and opportunity analysis to identify projects and growth potential;
Coordinating market expansion activities with internal teams (legal, finance, operations, sales);
Establishing and developing strategic partnerships with key regional stakeholders;
Providing senior management with clear insights, recommendations, and progress updates to support decision-making.

- Proven experience in business development and international market entry;
- Ability to operate independently in complex and uncertain environments;
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;
- Fluent English, used as a primary working language.
