Supervisor (for projects in Europe)

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor who will plan and oversee insulation, cladding, or scaffolding installation tasks in European projects, coordinate the team, ensure adherence to work schedules, quality, and safety, lead daily meetings, and submit reports to the Site Manager.

What will you be responsible for in this role?

  • You will plan and distribute tasks, and oversee their execution in projects.
  • You will organize, coordinate, and oversee your subordinates’ activities.
  • You will ensure the quality of the tasks performed and oversee them.
  • You will oversee work schedules and make sure they are adhered to.
  • You will handle the adherence to work safety and environmental protection requirements.
  • You will lead daily ASAICHI meetings.
  • You will submit reports to the Site Manager and, when needed, step in for them.

What will we expect from you?

  1. At least 3 years of experience in insulation or scaffolding installation.
  2. Experience leading the team and the ability to ensure efficient activities.
  3. Good English skills; Russian is a plus.
  4. Results-oriented approach, proactivity, and creativity when seeking solutions.
  5. The ability to work in a dynamic environment and make decisions independently.
  6. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
