About the client
LTG Infra AB is a Lithuanian railway infrastructure company responsible for maintaining and modernizing the railway network. In collaboration with this partner, we completed scaffolding installation tasks on Lithuania’s longest and highest bridge in Lyduvėnai.
Completed tasks
Our efficient installation and removal of scaffolding systems enabled us to complete other bridge repairs swiftly and without delay.
When installing scaffolding, we selected materials for high-quality work. We suspended the scaffolding on a German Flexbeam system, which is still rarely used in Lithuania.
We covered the scaffolding structure with thermoplastic polymer sheeting. The sheets are welded together, creating an airtight surface that shields the structure from precipitation, direct sunlight, and dust. This also ensured that no abrasives or paint dust were released into the environment.
Results
The scaffolding ensured safe access to all structures needing repairs on the longest (599 meters) and highest (42 meters) bridge in Lithuania. The applied solutions allowed us to comply with the strictest environmental protection requirements, while an innovative suspended Flexbeam system guaranteed the accurate and efficient completion of the tasks.
