About the client
Lostock Sustainable Energy Plant is one of the largest and most modern waste-to-energy plants in the United Kingdom. By converting waste into energy, the plant will generate sustainable power. It is estimated that the plant will process 600,000 tonnes of waste, providing energy to around 125,000 homes. The plant will also reduce 190,912 tonnes of CO₂ emissions per year compared to landfill waste disposal.
Completed tasks
For this project, we implement technical insulation in an area spanning over 46,000 square meters. The tasks include insulating pipelines, premises, and equipment to optimize energy efficiency and maintain consistent site temperatures.
We select the materials required for technical insulation according to the project requirements. At the same time, we ensure that the final result is high-quality and that facility performance is efficient.
Almost 130,000 work hours have been allocated for the project. Our team ensures a structured work process, a consistent pace, and quality control throughout the entire insulation cycle.
Results
The project will be completed in 14 months. Technical insulation will ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient performance of the plant. Once the project is completed, the plant will become one of the most important sustainable energy infrastructure facilities in the United Kingdom.
